जयपुर, 9 जुलाई 2025: नेशनल फेडरेशन ऑफ इंडियन रेलवे मेन (NFIR) के राष्ट्रव्यापी आव्हान पर आज देशभर की रेलों में जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन आयोजित किया गया। इसी कड़ी में उत्तर पश्चिम रेलवे मजदूर संघ, जयपुर मंडल की शाखा 01 और शाखा 03 द्वारा क्रमशः कोच केयर कॉम्प्लेक्स व मंडल रेल प्रबंधक कार्यालय पर जबरदस्त विरोध दर्ज कराया गया।

प्रदर्शन के दौरान विशाल रैली निकाली गई, जिसमें सैकड़ों कर्मचारियों ने जोरदार नारेबाजी करते हुए अपनी मांगों को बुलंद किया। कार्यक्रम को संबोधित करते हुए मंडल अध्यक्ष सौरभ दीक्षित ने कहा कि “हमारी मांगे पूरी तरह जायज हैं। पुरानी पेंशन बहाली और आठवें वेतन आयोग का गठन हमारा अधिकार है, जिसे लेकर केंद्र सरकार टालमटोल कर रही है। सरकार को चेतावनी देते हैं कि यदि जल्द ठोस कदम नहीं उठाए गए तो राष्ट्रव्यापी उग्र आंदोलन किया जाएगा।”

प्रवक्ता अनिल चौधरी ने कहा कि जयपुर, फुलेरा, बांदीकुई, रेवाड़ी, नारनौल, सीकर, अलवर समेत विभिन्न रेलवे स्टेशनों पर कर्मचारियों ने प्रदर्शन कर अपनी एकता और दृढ़ संकल्प का परिचय दिया है। उन्होंने कहा कि “आज की रेलवे युवा कर्मचारियों की रीढ़ है, और उन्हें पुरानी पेंशन का अधिकार मिलना ही चाहिए। यह केवल अधिकार की लड़ाई नहीं, बल्कि भविष्य की सुरक्षा की लड़ाई है।”
प्रमुख मांगें:
1. पुरानी पेंशन योजना बहाल की जाए।
2. एनएफआईआर के सुझावों के अनुसार आठवें वेतन आयोग के संदर्भ तय किए जाएं।
3. पद सृजन पर लगे प्रतिबंध हटाए जाएं।
4. निजीकरण और ठेकेदारी प्रथा समाप्त की जाए।
5. नए कार्यों के लिए नए पद सृजित किए जाएं।
6. सभी रेल कर्मचारियों के कार्य वातावरण में सुधार हो।
7. सभी संवर्गों की पुनः संरचना व अपग्रेडेशन लागू किया जाए।
8. लंबित मांगों का PNM व JCM के माध्यम से शीघ्र समाधान किया जाए।
